| No Pro Division at this Derby. |
And just like that the Kokanee Power derby season has come to an end at Shaver Lake. It was a great turnout with 131 people and 51 teams. The fish were all at their prime between 15-19 inches with the males showing those toothy grins and the heavier females loaded with eggs. They topped out in the 2lb. class for the largest ones and they were concentrated in the usual areas around the houses and the dam this time of year. Thanks to all that participated and came out this year. Also if you have not filled out a DFW fishing survey for Shaver please take a minute so we can get as much data to pass on as possible.
