106 Entries for the last derby of 2002. Jim and Bernice Kitchen, along with many crew members prepared a great hamberger BBQ on Friday evening and deep-pit tri-tip lunch on Saturday. Everone enjoyed both meals.

Fishing was a little slow. Five anglers reported limits while most caught 2-4 kokanee per boat. Most used Double Jack Blades or Vance's Dodgers for attractors. Four anglers reported using Roy Bradshaw Dodgers and 1 Jack's Fat Bug. Keith Kerrigan Double Spinners, Apex, Hootchies, and homemade sppinners accounted for the top-placing anglers. One top-placing angler used a triple teaser silver with red head. Fish were caught from 40 feet to 95 feet deep. Pro-Cure was the most popular scent used on the corn.
